Should I eat some more fish pie?

It's delicious. It has mash potato with white sauce and pieces of salmon cooked in the oven. I already had one helping but I can't help but speculate on the ramifications of indulging in another. My neighbor butchered my tree in Ohio.?

I have a relatively young Red Maple tree, planted near my property line. The trunk is entirely located on my property, some of the limbs overhang my neighbor's property. Earlier this week, my neighbor entered my property and trimmed several of the branches all the way back to the trunk. The guy is not a professional tree trimmer, did not cut the branches cleanly, and completely changed the shape of my tree. The tree has a lot of sentimental value as it was planted and cared for by a family member that is no longer with us. The tree is not unhealthy, and there is no danger of limbs falling on structures or other personal property. Are there any legal ramifications to what my neighbor has done? This is in Marion County Ohio.

Well buddy let me give u a little history. What got us out of the great depression was WW2 the reason was because everyone needed jobs to support the war effort. The reason the Iraqi war is not fixing the economy is because most of the jobs are done by machine. Anyways the way to fix the economy is not by making jobs (believe me thats a big part of it but not the first step) but by cutting spending. Right off the cuff the government has around 10 organizations for the environment doing what 1 could do and even further more doing what a charity could do. I mean with that right their that's probably around 5 Billion a year saved. Now let me give you a statistic. There are around 100 organizations...we only need 10 how much money would that save?

Every single time I have visitation with my son, my ex-wife calls 3x a day or more to speak with him. That is perfectly fine, of course, but even my 5 year old sometimes goes "No, I don't want to speak to her" (so frequently) and understandably so. When this happens, she calls the police. They have visited my home again today and told us to inform my ex-wife that wasting their time is not a joke. I sent an email to her letting her know that she was making a fool out of herself and that a missed call is not some sign that her son is in danger. Is there anything I can do if this happens again as far as filing a report against her? Technically I'm sure she's incriminating herself by falsifying a police report (she had told them she hadn't heard anything for 4-5 days when in fact it had only been one). But is there anything I can do as not only this is confusing my son but also embarrassing me in front of my neighbors? Thanks for your help.

Long story short, no. There is nothing inherently illegal about drinking alcohol. The only reason the property owner could get in any trouble would be if there was significant evidence that the property owner knew the violator was forbidden from drinking alcohol and forced/significantly coerced them into drinking the alcohol, but even then it would most likely be a civil suit and not a criminal one.

A recent story I read said that China had stated that the US would be "playing with fire" if it decided to default on some of it's debt. China owns around one trillion of US debt, so they have a financial interest in how our government handles it's money. If I loan someone $100 and then see them buying rounds of drinks at the bar I'd be critical of them you can bet.
