Uhhh, It sounds like he likes you but doesn't want to commit. Which is normal for your age range, really. I guess it kind of depends on how much you like him. Maybe you should just go with the flow, see him if you see him, and date other people if they come around, don't hide it. But if you like him A LOT it will probably just end up torturing you to do that. If that is the case I'd tell him it's all or nothing, you don't want to end up being the backup girlfriend. Even if it sucks and you get your heart totally smashed, at least it can heal then and find someone new. Just what I think.

Legal issues involving my exs child?

My ex recently had a child but did not list a father on the birth certificate. She is now saying that domestic relations has sent a letter saying that she has to claim a father or she loses everything. Im not sure what everything is but there is confusion as to who the father is. She refused to take a paternity test because she finds it insulting that I doubt her and I can't just go ahead and get one because im military and never see them. What exactly are the ramifications of this situation? Does a child have to have a father listed on a birth certificate? The state is Pennsylvania if that helps any. Thanks.

Live in a rowhome, my basement and 2 neigh basement located on left and right of my home basement was flooded.?

One of my neighbors called the city to come into all three homes who will receive an inspection. The neighbor did this before asking first if I would mind having the city inspect my home. Do I have to let a city inspecter in my personal home? The city has not contacted me. Also, what is the legal ramifications of not allowing a city inspector into my home. I live in Philadelphia, PA.

I have social anxiety, i've had it for the longest time. I'm socially awkward around everyone, all my friends moved, but didn't care 4 me much cause i hardly say ****, the girl i really loved left me cause i was always quiet and hardly said anything. My life really sucks, i'm alone most of the time, i use to be really funny and cool, i just don't know wtf happened to me? Is anybody out there the same way? What can i do? I don't wanna read books, and i'm tired of taking meds for this s**t(currently on Celexa 20mg). Gonna be switching to Klonapin and Welbutrin. But you know what i'm desperate to try anything at this point, yes i've tried everything. Stepping out of my comfort zone many times but ended up failing, counseling(which he sucks). I live in a really small town, hes the only counselor in town. I'm sick of living this way, should i just kill myself? I'm really sick of trying and failing?
