If you couldn't be with someone physically, how would you comfort them?

OMG you're too nice, come comfort me :-P Why is she hating you? She better not be with the kindness that you're showing her! You don't need friends to walk all over you. Did she get her dogs to the veterinarian? I thought vets weren't expensive in other countries? Why don't you do research in her country for free clinics for animals to go to or cheaper, that might help her better. You could send her a card in the mail with a small dog bone and ribbon wrapped around it? Obviously you cannot fork over anymore money, but your time would be very helpful in doing that research. Tell me which country this is she resides in, maybe I can ask some friends (I have a lot of international friends) if they know of descent clinic that isn't costly?
