Alcohol-cooked food, is it illegal for children?

No, it is not illegal to serve alcohol containing food to minors. In fact it is not against the law to serve alcohol to your own children within your own home if done within reason. IE you can't allow your child to get drunk but you won't gt in trouble for say allowing a 15 yr old to drink a very small glass of Champagne on special occasions.
