Can you mail a bong using the U.S postal service?

I am in Colorado visiting and I bought a bong, some salvia, and some legal weed. I am flying back to Texas today. All that stuff is legal in Texas but I was wondering if my brother could mail everything in a flat rate box without legal ramifications or consequences?
