Employer knowingly has minor handle liquor without supervision. What are the legal ramifications?

I used to work for a housekeeping business that cleaned vacation homes. During my time working for this business I was left unsupervised to clean houses; and almost always the houses had beer and liquor in the fridge that we were required to either take home or throw away. I am only 20 years old I don't drink but I always took alcohol home to give to my sister, it was free so I thought what the heck. How much trouble could my employer get in for knowingly putting me in this situation constantly?
