How high can my GPA go up from here?

My GDP is 2. My average is 74%. I just finished 9th grade and am going into 10th grade. I am wondering how high my GPA could be if I got straight 90-95%'s. I am so stressed because I did horrible this year. I did horrible on all my electives. I think I won't even be able to get into a good school.
